The net movement of funds shows a cash surplus of £3742.00 which has been added to reserve. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act) to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the charity commissionlunder section 4317llbl of the Act), and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT Accurate Acc Ltd was appointed as the charitable compan(s independent examiner. Accounting and Reporting by Charities issued in March 2005. 6. Trustee Remuneration & Related Party Transactions No members of the management committee received any remuneration during the year. No trustee or other person related to the tharity had any personal interest in any contract or transaction entered into by the charity during the year. 7. Taxation As a charity, it is exempt from tax on income and gains falling within section 505 of the Taxes Act 1988 or s256 of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 to the extent that these are applied to its charitable objects.
