## Battle of Worcester Society Charity 

Hon. Secretary to Trustees’ Report for year ending 31st December 2024 

## Last AGM held 16/04/2024. 

Trustees for the year: Howard Robinson, Roger Knight, Daniel Daniels (Chair), Guy Little (Hon. Secretary), Geoff Yapp, Ben Humphrey, Keith Collins. 

Ben Humphrey and Daniel Daniels will stand down this year but only Daniel Daniels is willing to be re-elected. 

The necessary changes will be made on the Charity Commission website. 

That potentially leaves us with 6 vacancies as we can have up to a maximum of twelve Trustees. 

I confirm that the Charity has operated within its constitution as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and has filed all necessary reports to the Charity Commission in October 2024 for the year 2023. 

The Charity has renewed its annual Public Liability and Trustees Indemnity Insurance.
