Hon. Secretary to Trustees’ Report for year ending 31[st] December 2023
Last AGM held 11/04/2023.
Trustees for the year: Howard Robinson, Roger Knight, Daniel Daniels (Chair), Guy Little (Hon. Secretary), Geoff Yapp, Ben Humphrey, Keith Collins, Andy Roberts. Sadly Andy Roberts passed in August ’23.
Guy Little and Roger Knight will stand down this year and are both willing to be re-elected.
That potentially leaves us with 5 vacancies as we can have up to a maximum of twelve Trustees.
I confirm that the Charity has operated within its constitution as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and has filed all necessary reports to the Charity Commission in October 2023 for the year 2022.
The Charity has renewed its annual Public Liability and Trustees Indemnity Insurance.

I can confirm that the annual income for the calendar year 2023, for the Battle of Worcester Society was £-490.39
The income was £12625.89 and the expenses were £13116.28
