Relationship with any related parties
We occupy two r(Kkms at Christchurch Station und¢r a Lea5¢ from South W¢stern Railway and
provide voluntary services under a Memordndum of Undersianding.
Consid¢r&tion of major risk5
We have spent a good deal Of time searchÉng. interviewing and s¢l¢¢ting n¢w volwit¢¢rs mainly
online using Zoom, this had to be managed carefully as it appeared more difficult with not being
able on occasion to see candidates in person with a nutnber of onlin¢ issu¢s with s¢ssion5 and
training, etc. Funding was very poor with very little income. at the same time. finances can be
reflected in our meagre outgoings. This h&5 caused the Charity to s(￿d Still for anoth¢r y¢ar, over
recent w¢eks the Railway Companies have had very light traffic. and a huge number ofrestrictions
have been placed upon us &$ an organisation, totally out of our own control. W¢ hav¢ in v¢ry r￿n1
times built up a new team with a number of highly supportive people with good ideas and projects
coming forward and look fotivard to bringing some of these to fruition.
Section C - Objectives and Activities
Summary of objects of th¢ Charity.
To advance the education of the public re the history of Christchurch Station (Dorset) for the
provision of an exhibition and resource centre. Summary of main aciivities. Research, Evidence
Gathering of Artefacts and photographs. (this w&% started with $tud¢nts from Bournemou¢h
University, until Covid19 struck). We continued applying for Grants for development of Heritage
Centre at the Station and putsuing the pritnary aitns for the charity. It b¢com¢ nw¢55ary to incur
some expendituru on personal protective equipment this year. we had platmed to provide
volunteers with PPE, the truslees have agrttd to set aside tnor¢ financial assistance to allow this to
happen, but has not b￿￿ due to the high restriclions pl￿ed upon access to our groups.
Additional (optional)
SectiDD D.- Achlevements and Perfonllanee
We have seen very little able to be cotnpl¢ted due to th¢ Covid19 r¢strictions whi¢h hav¢ hit U3
r¢ally hard. Main Achievements in this year saw the BU Students leave University, so the research
project has not been Compl¢t¢d to dat¢. having not b¢¢n abl¢ to 8¢¢ th¢ styd¢nts prior to their

leaving and the lack of time or acc￿ to all of the relevattt Infornydtion collated. The concerns with
our very low budgets and I1￿]ted numb¢rs.
SeetloD- E Ilnanclal review.
Brief ststement and the charities policy on resetyes. We continue to hold a minimum reserve to
cover our expected annual running eosts. This year trustees agreed to hold reserves which includes
an increase in PPE supplies and the inc￿&s¢d running cgsts from 6 to 12 months.
