**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE THE UPBRINGING AND CARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BY:1) ADVANCING EDUCATION;2) PROMOTING HEALTH;3) RELIEVING FINANCIAL AND OTHER HARDSHIP; AND4) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN A MANNER WHICH IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE,WITH A VIEW TO ADVANCING SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN LIFE AND HELPING THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** The Foundation objectives are to: Address social exclusion, Improve health and wellbeing, Promote education and literacy, Support vulnerable children and young people and Support vulnerable people and families.
