**Objects:** ‘To develop the capacity and skills of the general community including people from disadvantaged backgrounds, primarily in the Yorkshire and Humber area, in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society’.‘The relief of financial hardship, primarily in the Yorkshire and Humber area, by the provision of goods and services’.

**Activities:** Engaging with communities to improve their quality of life, wellbeing and skills through innovative and engaging projects which encourage people to get outdoors, be more active and develop new skills, primarily in the Yorkshire and Humber area, in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs. These activities aid carbon reduction through cycles and horticulture.
