In this past year FADLOS has produced two produc8ons, Rapunzel Pantomime and Everybody’s talking about Jamie musical both were a success.

We worked closely with care homes and schools in the areas and community groups to offer discounted 8ckets to make sure the shows were affordable. The group also took part in lots of community ac8vi8es fundraising and made dona8ons to other local chari8es.

No outstanding debts.

Section B Disclosure

Only complete if the examiner needs to highlight material matters of concern (see CC32, Independent examination of charity accounts: directions and guidance for examiners).

Give here brief details of any items that the examiner wishes to disclose .

The charity is now using the HMRC cash books and templates, this is much easier for everything to be processed and audited.

Paying cash into the account is a problem for the charity as they do not have access to a bank locally anymore.

I have told the Trustees that paying cash in to themselves and then they BACS to the charity is not good practise however it has all been done clearly and openly with more than one Trustee overseeing and it is for relatively small amounts.
