**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NORTH WALES BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE WHO ARE IN NEED.

**Activities:** The charity supports underprivileged Families throughout North Wales. By ensuring that all referred Children and Young People/Care leavers, receive gifts to open at Christmas time.  Offering a trip to the Pantomime for 100 people during the festive period. Offering Free holidays to families in need of a break, in our fully disabled adapted caravan on Hafan Y Mor, Pwllheli.
