Objects: The Objects Of The Society Are:3.1 To Advance Education For The Public Benefit In Local History, Archaeology And Natural History With Special Reference To Southwold And Its Neighbourhood, In Particular By Providing Lectures, Educational Trips And By Promoting Research In The Fields Described And To Publish The Useful Results Of Such Research.3.2 The Provision, Maintenance And Administration Of A Museum (hereinafter “the Museum”) In Buildings Located On A Site At 9 -11 Victoria Street, Southwold, Suffolk Ip18 6hz For The Reception And Display Of Objects Of Antiquity, Curiosity, Rarity Or Local Interest.
