achievements of the charity
during the year
The Tfustees met 4 times during the year. 26.09.23. 17.01.24. 18.04.24
and 17.0724.
35 requests for funding were received. of which 12 did not fall within the
Trusfs objects and 11 were either not close enough to our objects or
were rejected by the Trustees for other reasons.
All requests were sent a reply.
New grants V￿re made to the following organizatM)ns:
Adfam. Fk)pe & Vision. ReHabit. ADAPT (Oxford). NACOA Hebron Trust,
Road to Re￿very. Families Out Loud, The Compassionate Friends,
Broadway Lodge, Spitalfields Crypt Trust and Tom Harrison House.
Following satisfactory reports. repeat funding vrds granted to th&
following organizations:
ADAPT (Oxford), Mount Camel, Mulbery Community Project. The LNing
Room. SEN Family Support. Surrey Drug and Alwhol & Talk Listen
Change.
During the year the Trustees visited or met on line: Hope & Vis￿n. The
Living Room. Spitalfields Crypt Trust, Families Out Loud. Tom Harrison
House. Road to Reo)very Trust, AdFam, Talk Listen Change. Fallen
Angels & New Note Orchestra.
The Trusys Financial Controls Pollcy was reviewed and updated.

Following a review of the Trust's Current financial situation. the Trustees have decided to manage down the
Trust's current funds over the next ojuple of years and to ck>se the Trust on 2P August 2027.
All organizations currently supported by the Trust have been notified and all future grants have been
ringfenced.

.Responsibilities and As the chaiity trustees of the Trust, Y￿ are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance vrith the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in respe¢t of my examination of ttie Trust's accounts carried oul
