prepared on a receipts and payments
basis. Total income of the association for
the year ending 31stAugust 2024 was
£27,490, and total expenditure was
£29,955. Net expenditure during the year

Income included exceptional income of

relationship with the Green Arrows, an
unregistered association that maintains the
Archer Academy Gardens on a voluntary
basis. In 23-24, the association passed
over in full, fundraising income £1,173,
received from the Archer Academy, acting
as a conduit for such funds. It also passed
over a donation of £200 for the Green
Arrows, received into the association’s
bank account. These sums have been
excluded from the accounts.
Prior year income and expenditure has
been reduced by £807, being the
fundraising income received from the
Archer Academy for the Green Arrows in
that year. Prior year income and
expenditure has also been reduced by

£395 erroneously included in those accounts, belonging to St Mary’s School.

Independent examlner's reportto thetrustees of the Friends of the Archer Academy (Charity Number 1159750) I report to the trustees on my examination ofthe accounts ofthe Friends ofthe Archer Academy charitable trust (the Trust) for the yearended 31 August 2024. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charitytrustees of the Trustyou are responsible forthe preparation ofthe accounts in accordance with the requirements ofthe Charities Act 2011 ('the Act'}. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given bythe Charitycommission undersection 14515llb) ofthe Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed myexamination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: 1. accounting records were not kept in respect of theTrust as required bysection 130 of the Act: or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
