HENDREDS TRUSTEES PRESCHOOL REPORT Academic Year 2022-2023

The Hendreds pre-school has continued to thrive during this academic year.

We had an Ofsted inspection which rated us as a ‘good’ provider.

The pre-school provides a high standard of care, and we are always looking at ways to further the children’s education and development. We continue to focus on being outside as much as possible, in all weathers as it undoubtedly benefits their wellbeing. This is always well received by parents and indeed is a significant factor in parents choosing to send their children to pre-school.

We maintained strong numbers throughout the year and have several children already on our waiting list for the next academic year. We continue to receive new starter inquiries from families within the village and further afield. Our finances are in a good position with our balance sheet remaining healthy, including contingency.
