The financial statements have been prepared on the accounting w)licies set out on page 9. comply with the
constiiution, applicable law and applicable accounting standards.
Objects? principal activiti¢s of the Charity
British Albanian Muslim Comrnunity As constitutrd as an unincorporated charity and it is regist¢r¢d with
the Charity Commission on 29 Decernber 2014.
The objects of the charity are:
(l ) to advance the islamic religion and to advance education in Islam. in particular but not exclusively
through, the holding of prayer meetings, lectuffs, public ¢el¢bration of religious festivals to enlighten
others about the islamic religion.
(2) the promotion of religious harn]ony for the benefil of the public by..
(a) educating the public in different religious beliefs including an awareness of their distinctive features
and their common ground to promot¢ good relations between persons of different faiths.
(b) promoting knowledge and mutual understanding and respect of the beliefs and practices of different
ligious faiths.

The charity made a net surplus of £8245.92. Income receivabl¢ during the year amounted to £33394.69

Statement of Trnstees, Resw)n8ibilities
The Charilies Act requires the t￿Ste¢S to prepare financial 5tat¢ments for each financial year. which give a
true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity at th¢ end of the year and of the incoming and
outgoing resources for the year ended.
In preF)aring those financial statrmenW the trustees are required to select suitsble accounting
policies and then apply them consistently? making judg¢rn¢nts and estimate5 thai are reasonable and
prudent. The Trustees must also prepare the financial Statements on the going concern basis unless it is
inappropriate to presum¢ that the charity will continue its activities.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting record4 which disc105e with
r¢asonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the
financial statements comply with applicabl¢ law. regulations with the Charities Aci 1993. They are also
responsible for safeguarding the &5sets of the charity and hence for tsking reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

TO THE TRUSTEES OF BIUTISH ALBANIAN MUSLIM COMMUNITY
I report on the accounts of British Albanian Muslim Community for the year ended 31 March 2021,
which are set out on pages 7 to 9.

As ihe Charity's Management Comtnittee you are re5pon5ible for the preparation of the accounts. you consider that
an audit Is not requir¢d for the y¢ar (und¢r section 43(2) of the Act) and that an independent examination is
required. It 15 my responsibility to state, on the basis of procedures specified in the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners under section 43(7Xb) of the ACL whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basi8 of Independent Examiner'$ Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the Gen¢ral DIr￿tiOnS given by the Charity Commissioners.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes ¢onsider*ion of any unusual items or di5cIosuTe5 in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you &s trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provid¢
all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequeDily I do not express an audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
