## Activities

**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** The PTFA was set up to raise funds for additional resources to enhance the educational experiences of deaf pupils at the school.  Although Royal Cross is based in Preston, pupils come from all over Lancashire and neighbouring authorities. Charity activities include fundraising for a new minibus, signed theatre performances, subsidised family outings and workshops, fun days and social events.
