Objects: 3. Objects3.1 To Educate And Assist Young Persons With Disadvantaged Backgrounds Who Have To Be Taken Into Care Or The Like. The Activities Should Be Structured So As To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities When They Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.3.2 To Provide Residential Homes And Placements Both Long Term And Short Term For Such Children At The Homes At Ziffra Street Pardes Chana Israel3.3 Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing Objects To Take The Following Steps:(a) To Take Such Steps Whether Personally Or With The Assistance Of A Broadcaster Or By Making Written Appeals Or At Public Meetings Or Otherwise For The Purpose Of Procuring Contributions To The Funds Of The Charity In The Shape Of Donations Annual Subscriptions Payments Covenant Or Otherwise And To Claim Payment From The Inland Revenue Of Any Income Tax Deducted When Any Payments Made Under Covenant(b) To Adopt Such Means Of Making Known The Activities Of The Charity As May Seem Advisable. To Apply For A Petition To Promote And Obtain Any Act Of Parliament Royal Charter Or Otherwise When Enabling The Charity To Carry Out Any Of Its Objects To Effect Or Reflect Any Modification To The Charity?s Constitution Of Any Other Purpose Which May Seem Expedient(c) To Enter Into Any Arrangement With Any Institution, Corporation Company, Association Or Person Or With Any Government Or Public Authority To Obtain Any Rights Or Privileges(d) To Apply For, Solicit And Obtain And Accept Any Government Or Other Grants And To Collect Funds And To Promote And Procure Subsidies, Subscriptions, Gifts, Benefactions, Donations And Bequests Of Any Real Or Personal Property From Public And Private Bodies And Persons(e) To Make Any Charitable Donation Either In Cash Or Assets(f) To Acquire Or Take Over All Or Any Part Of The Undertaking Assets And Liabilities Of Or Amalgamate With Or To Transfer All Or Any Part Of The Undertaking Assets And Liabilities Of Any Other Charity Or Institution Having Charitable Objects Similar In Whole Or In Part To Those Of This Charity Provided That Any Such Charitable Institution Is Prohibited From The Payment Of A Dividend Bonus Or Profit To Its Members(g) To Act As Trustees And To Undertake To Accept That Trust Or Obligations In Furtherance Of The Objects Of The Charity Gratuitously Or Otherwise(h) To Do All Such Other Things As Are Necessary For The Attainment Of The Above Object Or Any Of Them[nothing In This Deed Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
