The Director presents his report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 30 November 2024. 

## **PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY** 

The principal activity of the charity in the year under review contiunes to be to advance christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the statement of belief mentioned in the trust deed. 

## **STATEMENT OF THE DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITIES** 

Company law requires the directors to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charitiy and of the income and expenditure accounts of the charity for that period. In preparing these statements the directors are required to 

- Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently 

- Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent 

- Prepare the accounts on the going concern basis unless it is inapproriate to presume that the charity will contiune in business. 

The directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonalbe accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and to enable them to ensure that the accounts comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also reponsible for the safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregular activites.

## 1 **ACCOUNTING POLICIES** 

## **Accounting convention** 

The principal accounting are prepared in accordance with charities (Statemments -of Recommended Practice) SORP 2005. The accounts have been prepared under historical cost convention. 

## **Incoming resources** 

Donation and grants receivable are accounted for as soon as thier amount and receipts are reasonably certain. 

## **Expenditure** 

All expenses are accounted for an accruals basis. 

## **Going concern** 

The financial statements have been preprared on a going concern basis. In the context of continued financial support from the council and other donors.
