|||songs that they create in a recording studio.|
|||For 16—24year olds from lower income backgrounds<br>with musical|
|||aspirations<br>who are often NEET (not in education,<br>employment<br>or|
|||training)|
|||~<br>A seven-week<br>crash course in the music industry<br>(called "The Grit|
|||School"),with input from music industry<br>professionals<br>and|
|||opportunities<br>to collaborate<br>and perform|
|||~<br>A programme<br>ofone-to-one<br>mentoring<br>for young people|
|||interested<br>in pursuing<br>a career in music, with mentors<br>being|
