**Objects:** The objects of the CIO are:The advancement of musical education for the public benefit, in particular for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by helping young people and school communities to access musical instruments and musical activities which develop skills and promote engagement.

**Activities:** Using the power of music, Grounded Sounds transforms the lives of young people aged 11 - 26 from London facing barriers (economic, social, cultural or otherwise) to pursuing their talent or creativity. Through a variety of free programmes, the charity provides high quality, creative experiences, developing musical talent, building confidence, life skills and improving career prospects.
