## **Asset Register** The Trustees of the Association of Friends of the Church of England Church of St Mary and St Peter Tidenham hold the following property on behalf of the Association: ## **Land adjacent to the churchyard on the North-Eastern side** **Value £87,912** (purchase price £9000 from Treasury Solicitors, July 2015; development costs 201519, £76,687 and £2,225 in 2021-22 for the final surfacing. The capitalised development costs include all costs incurred in developing the land as a car park after the purchase of the land excepting the initial legal fees of £546 relating to the purchase. This was agreed by the trustees in preparing the 2015-16 accounts. The costs do not include maintenance costs following initial development. ) Ownership of this property will be transferred to the Parochial Church Council when its development as a car park for the church has been completed. I have prepared these accounts based upon the income and expenditure records I have kept from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.
