WRINGTON REDHILL FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED-TRUSTEES REPORT 2024-205
In recent years the Club has made a few operating losses but these were easily covered
from resenies. 2024-2025 marked a change of direction forthe Club with the
introduction of more youth football where parents sign up to pay monthly fees which
have produced a signrficant increase in income but also greater expenses. The Club
continued to seek financial help in the form of sponsorships and advertising. It also
received a number of donations to which gift aid was added. The Club also held a very
successful gala evening which produced a significant profit as much of the expenditure
was covered by donations. This was a very successfulyearfinancially.

WRINGTON REDHILL FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED-AUDIT REPORT
l am a former director of Wrington Redhill Football Club and a retired Registered
Insurance Broker. l am well aware of the financial affairs of this Club and continue to
give advice whenever required. I therefore consider myself to be an appropriate person
to audit theirAnnual Accountfor submission to the Charities Commission.
I have studied the Accounts submitted forthe same accounting period as was
submitted to Companies Registry earlier this year. a supporting spreadsheet and the
draft Account prepared forthe Charities Commission and I declare that this is an
accurate representation of the Club's financial position as at 30th April 2025 and have no
concerns regardingthe figures produced.
