The IGNITE Team Leader currently r8POrts lo the FCYAFO Trustees on aclivities every two months. Whilst this new arrangement Is being embeddèd, the Trustges are meeting and roceiwng financlal raports every month.

The Fame Churches Youth and Famity Outreach objedves and alms aro.. To advance the Christian Faith among young pèople and familles, in schools and groups. and in conjunctlon wth Ihe churches in the area of Farne Churche5 together. To fund and support a Youth and family worker to further this aim. Open the Book is being held in all three local 5¢hools and regular Messy Churches in SeaFK)uses and Belforil. A¢hlev8ments and perfomian¢o The partnership wlth IGNITE vthich b8gan In February 2024, developed through that r, despite Ihe exlendgd SknesS in the autumn of the new member of staff who was working principally for FCYAFO. Sadly, lowards tho end of th¢ year. anothgr of their team of three staff found the irregular hours p8rsonally urbsustsinable and resigned in 0oc8mb¢r 2024. This was comwunded in January 2025 %th8n thg team leader found her ovm and family h8alth issues prevented her from continuing in her rd8.
