**Objects:** TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS (DOMESTIC AND OTHER ANIMALS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES) BY PROVIDING A WELFARE SERVICE WITH APPROPRIATE ATTENTION AND CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR SUCH ANIMALS IN NEED BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO OWNERS AND POTENTIAL OWNERS OF SUCH ANIMALS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:  OLDHAM (INCLUDING SADDLEWORTH PARISH), ROCHDALE, BURNLEY, RAWTENSTALL, TODMORDEN, HEBDEN BRIDGE, SOWERBY BRIDGE, HALIFAX.

**Activities:** The charity rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes domestic pets in a radius of 15 miles from Todmorden Town Hall
