The charity is a small independent evangelical church governed by its members and directed by
its minister Mr J Witts and the other Trustees.
Aims and Ob'ectives
The charity conducts Christian serv7ces each Sunday, Midweek BibLe Studies, and Pastoral Care,
as appropriate. It also runs a regular weekly cafe, and Youth CLub on Fridays, as well as Other
occasional activities and events. Foodbank (Life Larder) and other support is provided to those
in need within the local community.
It's objective is to show the love of Jesus to those in the village, giving opportunities for them
to learn more about, and come to faith in Him, and providing support to those in need.
Achievements Performance and Public Benefit
Worship services and Bible studies take place on a weekly basis. Around 50 young people are
part of our Youth Club, with numbers typically around 25-30 per week. Cafe is appreciated by
many older members of the village, giving them gives an opportunity to socialise weekly. The
church supports other community events, and John Witts is a Governor at the Primary School.
Financial Review
The Charity had a deficit of £6,775 for the year ended 31 December 2024. The ongoing funding
of the Charity is being secured through grants, with the option of releasing capital from assets if
required.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charfty {￿he Trust") for the year ended 3111212024
As the charitvs trustees, you are responslble for the preparation of the
acGounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(°the Acl.).
Responslblllties and
basis of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable DireGtions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material rnatters have
examlnorfs statement come to my attention in conneclion with the examinatlon (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with sectlon 130
of the Charities Act: or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a Irue and fair, view which is not a mattèr
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters In connection
