The charity is a small independent evangelical church soverned by Its members and directed by
its minister Mr J Witts and the other Trustee5.

The charity conducts Christian services each Sunday, Midweek Bible StLKlies, and Pastoral Care,
as approprlate. It also runs a regular weekly cafe, and Youth Cl(ib on Fridays, as well as other
occaslonal activities and events. Foodbank and other support is provlded to those in need
within the local community.
It's objective is to show the love of Jesus to those In the vlllage, giving opportunities for them
to leam more about, and come to fafth in Him.

Worship servtces and Bible stlmlfes take place on a weekly basis. Around 60 young people are
part of our Youth Club, with number5 averaging around 30 per week. Cafe is appreciated by
many older members of the village? giving them gives an opportunity to %)cialise weekly. The
church supports other community events, and John Witts is a Governor at the Prlfflary School.

The Charity had a surplus of £8,293 for the year ended 31 December 2022. The ongoins fundlng
of the Charfty Is being secured through grants, with the option of releasing capital from assets if
required.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the
