The Southwold Music Trust was founded to place concerts, community music-making and music education at the centre of Southwold and the surrounding communities. We facilitate musical activity of all kinds, working closely with key partners in the local area.

Objects: The Object's Of The CIO Are:(1)the Advancement Of The Public Appreciation And Knowledge Of Music To The Highest Possible Standard, Including: Instrumental; Choral; Orchestral; Vocal; Contemporary; Sacred And Secular Music, Primary But Not Exclusively In Southwold And Its Environs Through The Promotion And Preservation Of Music.(2)the Promotion Of Musical Education, Knowledge And Performances Skills Through Facilitating Community And School Participation In Public Performances Of And Other Community And Educational Activities And Events Associated With That Music.
