The Trusts activities are to promote access for all abilities to open countryside outside of any development to use for leisure and educational purposes within the Maresfield Parish. The Trust will acquire this land by gift, lease or purchase. It will raise money by membership fees, patronage, donations, grants and fundraising activity.
Objects: 1. To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Maresfield And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.2. To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment In Maresfield And The Surrounding Area.
