**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE:TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, RECOVERY AND REHABILITATION OF WOUNDED, INJURED AND SICK SERVICEMEN AND SERVICEWOMEN, BOTH VETERAN AND SERVING, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, INCLUDING BY:(A) ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN SPORTING ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE FULLY AND EQUALLY IN SOCIETY; AND (B) ORGANISING, ENCOURAGING THE ORGANISATION OF AND FACILITATING SPORTING AND OTHER EVENTS WHICH RAISE THE AWARENESS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO THE POSITION OF WOUNDED, INJURED AND SICK SERVICEMEN AND SERVICEWOMEN, BOTH VETERAN AND SERVING AND THE ROLE PLAYED BY THEIR FAMILIES.

**Activities:** The primary activity of the Invictus Games Foundation (Charity) is to provide recovery pathways for international wounded injured and sick service personnel and veterans and their families. The Charity uses the biennial Invictus Games to inspire recovery and provides access to sports, esports and adventurous challenges Beyond the Games underpinned through the We Are Invictus app.
