**Objects:** TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE GROUP SHALL PROVIDE SUPPORT, EXPERIENCES AND ACCESS TO RESOURCES AND INFORMATION TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO THEIR CONFIDENCE AND CAPACITY AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED; MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH OR DISABILITY.

**Activities:** We deliver exercise classes to improve health and physical wellbeing; provide lessons in IT to enable people to develop and gain new skills and access information and resources and create volunteer opportunities for people to develop skills and personal competences so they can participate more fully in their community.
