Section C Objectives and activities
(i) to advance the religion of Islam, by means of, but not exclusively, promoting the teachings and tenets of Islam, provision of facilities for Islamic education, in accordance with the teachings of the Quraan and the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as defined and interpreted by the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaa-ah;

Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
During the year, we have supported Darul Uloom Markaze-E- Islami in India in providing a primary school and Islamic education seminary for 240 people. We have helped support the running costs such boarding expenses and salaries of the Primary school staff, pupils and also for an Islamic education school. This has resulted in the qualifications of over 200 students in Islamic Education courses and English language. The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit and are satisfied that the charity is benefitting the public

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
During the year, we have supported Darul Uloom Markaze-E- Islami in India in providing a primary school and Islamic education seminary for 240 people. We have helped support the running costs such boarding expenses and salaries of the Primary school staff, pupils and also for an Islamic education school. This has resulted in the qualifications of over 200 students in Islamic Education courses and English language.
Section E Financial review
The charity secured donations at higher level of £78,522 (£78,522 prior Brief statement of the year) compared to previous year. The expenditure for the period was charity’s policy on reserves £96,824. This has been primary the grants (totalling £96,000) given to Markaze Islami Primary School and Darul Uloom Markaze-E-Islami in India via a Memorandum of Agreement between the 2 entities. Currently the trustees don’t have a policy on reserves as they intend to use surplus funds for future charitable activities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
