The Trustees present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 5 April 2025. The
Trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice

The Charity is governed by a trust deed dated 26 September 2012. The Charity was registered as a charity by the
Charity Commi5slon on 2 December 2014.

The Trustees of the Charity hold rhe Income and c3Pltal of the Charity to 1%5e or apply the same for such exclusively
tharitable object5 in any part of the world a5 the trustees may in their di5tretion think fit. The Charity will provide
cash grants to charit8ble organi5ations, as well as consider providing other forms of financial support, focugin8 upon
healthlhe31thcare and amateur sport charities, as well as charitable organisations in other sectors. It supports
charities in particular on a local Bristol area basis and South-west of Engl3nd/Bristol/Glouce5ter5hire regional basis,
a5 well as supporting at a nationallinteinational level.

The trustees cctrnfimi that they have complied wlth the duly in section 4 of the charities Att 2022 to have regard to
guldance on public benefit published by the Commission.

Oursng the period the charity made onp charitable donation and Ès CUTTently accumulating funds with a view to
making grants to support ils charitable actlvities. During the pefiod, the charity received a total of EIOO,OCQ12024-

The trustees have an agreed reserves pollcy with a minimum of £50,000 to be retained in114uid funds.

We report to the t¥ustee5 on the examination of the account5 for The Christophei Lomas Charitable Trust for the
year ended 5 April 2025, which are set out on p2ges 4 to 6.

The charity'5 trustees are responsible fo¥ the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustee5 consider that 3n
audit Is not requir@d for this year (under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2022 (the 2022 Actll and that a
independent p.xamin3tion is needed.

Our examin3tion was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of rhe account5
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts,
and Seeking explanations frorn the trustees concerning such matter5. The procedure5 undertaken do not provide
311 the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently no opiniotE is given as to whether the
account5 present a'lrue and fair, view and the report is limited io those matlers set out in the statement below.
