Re5ponsibilites and basis of report As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordinance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,). E report i n respect of my exa mination of the charity's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying oul my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions g iven by the Charity Com m ission under section 14 5(5){ b) of the Act.
