Trustees Annual Report – Financial Year Ending 31[st] December 2021

This CIO was formed in late 2014 with the intention and expectation of taking over from Charity 519458 which currently runs Audlem Public Hall. 

This transfer was planned to coincide with the development (funded by the Big Lottery Fund) of a major Annexe to the Hall. 

The development of the Annexe is now complete, but no further activity has taken place on the CIO, so there has in fact been no activity by this Charity during the year January 1[st] 2021 to December 31[st] 2021. 

A new management team has taken over the running of the Hall, and they will be considering the transfer to the CIO during the coming months.
