REBORN BELIEVERS BIBLE CHURCH’S year 2022-2021 annual report MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CHURCH:

Since Covid 19, the church has not been active in the practical sense. Even when lockdown was lifted, most of our members have not been turning up for services. There is general lukewarmness as everybody is struggling to catch up with the demands of their homes having been out of job for a long time. Many are no more living nearby. Our numbers have been grossly decimated by forementioned reasons and the few of us that remain together cannot afford rent of a place of meeting. So, our operations were temporarily put on hold still.

However, we were communicating and holding discourses with members on WhatsApp; encouraging and persuading them to continue to keep themselves safe from Covid. And we implored ourselves to encourage our friends and neighbours to always keep themselves safe, not only from covid, but also from anything that could endanger their lives. We advise people on the good of vaccines with regards to covid and its variants We do this by sending related messages to all contacts on our phones.

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHURCH’S TRUTEES:

The Church’s trustees could still not physically sit for any meeting for all the reasons stressed above, but meetings and communication are through WhatsApp calls and video calls as we could not afford rent of a place or now, and we advised against holding our meetings in any individual member’s residence since it is not a public place meant for public gatherings.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF MEMBERS AND DONATIONS FROM PEOPLE:

We contributed no money, and we received no donation from anybody and from anywhere.

EXPENDITURES OF THE CHURCH:

Situation on ground has provided no reason for any expenditure and we do not even have any money in the cover of the Church from where to take money even if any need arises. But there was no need anyway.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE CHURCH N THE YEAR AHEAD:

We pray that situations should normalise, so that we may embark on revivals and as well continue to encourage and advise people to keep safe still along with preaching and teaching about kingdom of God and helping needy individuals withing our capacity.
