The ¢hartty's objeclives are
1. To prornole comfflunty parttcipation in healthy reueatitin by thÈ r￿0vIsion of faulties for taking part in
skateboarding, BMX. inline skaling and scootèr riding. 2021 saw Ihe introdu¢tion of a bouldering wall to in¢￿ase
thè atttimties offered.
To relieve the poveity of y(Amg peopk ￿ the Ashfield Disirid and surrryjnding areas by prowding
opportunities forthem to part￿pate In ￿althY rec¥eational acts¥11￿ Ihat they coukj not otherwise affryd.
The poliixes are adopted in furtherance of these obieclbves are to keep pites for enlry to the skatepark as low as
they can be be with regard to the cosls of provrding the f￿Al￿es. To promotè Ihe skatepark lo all intèrested
parties. induding those with disabih'tiès. and to promtstè skatèpark lo all people, t￿1 espeLi#lly to young
people as a way of keepin9 fit heatthy. especialky in Ihe ch.male of chld and adult obe5ty.
There has been no change in these during the year.
The Iruslees have pa*J due regard lo guidance issued by the Charity cC￿mi*s1on in decidiNJ what activities the
charity should undertake.
The activitie5 of the charity has been that of pro¥idin9 a purpose buitt skatepark for the local and surrounding
8rea. The skatepart caters for skateboarders, BMX nders. Inlrne skating and riding for all ages and
a￿"ll11es.

Thgie has been an increase in pa￿CIpa￿lS Ihroughwt the year. both in the skatepath and in bwldering,
ong5ide continued attendance from rÈgular customers who participate at ￿ast On￿ a week. The skatepark
has become a British Cycling ac£redrtéd farility and Freestyle BMX Team GB meM￿rS are using the skatepark
lo train on the run up 19 the Patis OtyrnFrfCS. whth shwld atitad more newcomers, Èspèckally rf thèy win mèdals
again.
Financial rnview
The charity has incurred exGess expendrture over in0)ff￿ of£1.593 this year and this has been transferred to the
general unrestricted reserve accounL
