**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR TAKING PART IN SKATEBOARDING, BMX, IN-LINE SKATING AND SCOOTER RIDING.2) TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ASHFIELD DISTRICT AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.

**Activities:** To promote community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for taking part in skateboarding, in-line skating, BMX and scooter riding. We are based on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and serve both counties.
