have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note I, tlie Companies Acl

To advallC¢ the Christianity religion in UK for the benefit of the publiG througli tlie holding of prayer meeting,
lectures, Worship and public ¢¢lebrdtion of religious festivals producing and distributing literature on
Christi&nity to enlighten others about the Christianity.

The doiiations have Inc￿aSed for year end 31 D¢Gember 2024 to amount £170,181 from £161.739 cotnparing to
the last year. On the other hand Fund Raising Cost & 0￿rhead5 have also i'educed to amouiit £143,417 and the
differen¢¢ Gontributed to deficit this year. The charity organises Sunday worship services and emphasis wa5
laid on iiicreasing mondjly donations and controlllljg costs. Funds generate4[ via regular donations totalled
£166,957 up to year ended 31 D¢c¢mber 2024 wliicli is 3 % more than last year.
There was a increase in funds during the ¢urrent year of £26,764. Focus is to maintain and where possible to
increase don&tion i'eceipts.

The charity's trustses (who are also the directors of the CoEnpany for purposes of company law) are responsible
for the preparatioi) of the accounts. The trustees Consider that an audit is not required for this year under section
43(2) of the Charities AGt 1993 (the Act), as amended by section 28 of the Charities Act 2006 and that an
independent examination is needed. It is Any responsibility to examine the ac¢ounL£ under section 43(3)(a) of the
Act, as amended. to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Cliarity
Commission under section 43(7)(b) of the ACL as ameiided" and to state whether particujar matters have come to

1.1. Basis of accounting
The flnancial statements are prq)argd under the historical cost ¢onvention and in aocoi'danoe with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008), tlie Statement ofRecomm¢nded
Pra¢tiGe 'A￿ounting and Reporting by Charities, issued in March 2005 (SORP 2005) and the Companies
Act2006.

AII incoming resources are included in the statement of financi￿ activities when the ¢harity is entitled to

Voluntary income is r¢ceived by way of grants, donations and gifts and is included in ￿11 in the stat¢nient
of finaDcial activities when receivable. Grdnts where entitlement is not conditionaI on th¢ delivery of a
specific perforniance by the ch￿'ity, are recognised when the charity becomes unconditionally entitled to
the gr￿11. Donated services and fa¢ilitie8 are inGlud¢d at the vaIue to the ctwity where tliis can be
q(thntified. The v&lue of services provid¢d by volunteers has not been included. Gifts donated for resale
are illGluded as incoming lysol￿¢¢$ withiii activiti¢s for generating thnds when th¢y are sold.
Gi'ants, including grants for the purchase of fIxed Assets, are recognised in thll in the statement of fiiiancial
activities in the year in which they are receivable.

1.3. Resources expended
Expenditure is rewgnised on an accrual basis as a liability is incurred. Expenditure includes any VAT
which Gamiot be thlly recovere￿ 15 reported as part of the expenditure to which it Tclales.
Costs of generating ftinds comprise th¢ costs associated with attj'acting voluntaiy income and the costs of
trading for fundraising puryN)ses including tlie Charity's shop. Charitable expenditure comprises those
costs incuri'ed by the charity in the delivery of its activities and services for its beneficiaries. It includes
both Gosts that can be allocated dire¢tly to siich activities and those costs of an indire¢t nature necessary
to support them.
Fundraising ¢0sts are those incwred in seeking voluntary contributions ￿)d do not include the costs of
diss¢tninating inftbrmation irn support of the charitable activities.
Support costs are those costs incurye41 dii'ectly ii) support of expenditure on tbe objects of the eharity ￿]d
