The Board of Trustees is authorised to appoint new trustees to fill vacancies through
resignation or death of an existing trustee
Constltution, Activity and Achievements
The trustees are pleased that the charity continues to provide the local community with
a well run village hall, maintained to an excellent standard. It continues to be used
regularly providing a focal point forviltage life
Flnancial Review
The village hall has had a steady flow of income this year with private bookings with 8
high dem8nd for children's parties.
The flat roof was completed this year
The PATtesting was also completed throughout the hall
Statement of Trustees, Responsibilitles
The Trustees are required under the Charity L8Wto prepare financial statements for
each financial year which give a true and fairview of the charity's financial activities
duringthe year and of its financial position at the end of the year. In preparing financial
statements giving 8 true 8nd fairview, the trustees should follow best practice and
a. Select suitable accounting policies and applythem consistently
b. Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent
c. State whether 8pplicable accounting standards and statements of
recommended practice have been followed
d. Prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis unless it is
inappropriate to presume that the charity WILI continue in operation
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with
reasonable accuracy the financial position of the charity and which enable them to
ascertain the financial position of the charity and which enable them to ensure that the
financial statements comply with applicable law and regulations. They are also
responsible for safeguardingthe assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable
steps forthe prevention of fraud and other irregularities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Yhe Trusf) for the year ended 3110312024.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
