The capacity and activities of Regather Charity have been severely
impacted and disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. (see Plans for the

Financial review

At the year end the charity had £120 free reserves. During the year Brief statement of the Regather Charity did not have a reserves policy. This is because trustees charity’s policy on reserves decided at this stage in the establishment and development of the charity holding reserves and having a reserves policy was not necessary. This decision is reviewed by trustees on an ongoing basis and will be amended as decided necessary.

Plans for the Future

The main aims for Regather Charity are to review income generation / fundraising with a view to assessing the viability of covering professional fees and running costs of the charity, recruit new volunteers and trustees and recovery from the impact and disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic.
