Charity Number: 1159173 

This charity was set up to convert Pre-School to a CIO, this process has proved Difficult and as such we have not yet ever traded as a CIO and are still running Under out old charity number 523647. 

We have a new manager in position and due to the lack of involvement from Parents and low number of parents due to the current situation we are going to Go through the process again and will be using the charity number 1159173 once Ofsted have approved everything for us.
