For the public benefit, the relief and assistance ol people in need In Sub.Saharan
Afrlca who are the victims of poverty and natural dlsaster or catastrgphe by
supplying them with food, water, clothes, medical aid, and education and to further
such other purposes which may be charitable accordin8 to the law ol En8land and
Wales as the trustees see flt from tlme to tlme.
Actlvltleg and Prolerts
Chlldren are at the heart of the charlty's work, and we alm to ensure that
underprivileged children have acce5S to education, medical assistance, and a safe
environment to live in, play and grow. This is achievèd by implementing sustainable
development projects across sub-saharan Africa for education, food securitv,
entrepreneurship. and health in less privileged communities.

Textile Projert
This project aims to Ènsure that peoplè lespetially children) hève access to suitable
clothing all year round. This will prevent people from becoming ill due to inadequate
projeetion from weather conditions. particularly in the winter. The charity ships 1-3

Prolect Light
The Light project provides substantial short. medium, and lorng-tèrm solutions t
Africa's energy crisis. We provide access to light for les5 privileged comrnunities in
Angola through our solar Helix, which are lightwei8ht portable and eco-friendly solar-

How we work
The charity delivers its alms by implementing well-structured, adequate. and
Sustainable projects in the variou5 countrie5 It operate5 in Africa with the support of
regular donors within the UK and beyond. The charity has established lotal teams led
by local volunteers who represent and carry out the charity's mission together with
the trustees whts run the charity voluntarily and travel to Africa regularly to work
with the tearrs. Moreover, we build strong networks and partnerships with private
and public sector bodles who facilitate our work and help us achleve our objectives.

The trustees are extremely grateful to all the people that believe In our work. Thev
have helped the charity by volunteerin8 their time carrying out fundrai5in8 activities,
in particular those who work with u5 across sub-saharan Africa helping to implement
and maintain our projects. Athough monetary donations are still scarce. the public
nd local busine55es have generously provided 8ifts in kind, mainly donation5 of
lothing and other materia15 which are detrimental to our obfrective5. Without them,
we wouldn't be able to carry out all the work we do.
What we dld Sn 2024: Actlon and Flnanclal Revlew 2023
Durin8 the year financial year 2024, funds have provided by the trustees, two donors
and a fundraising platform to Cover regular costs such as domain and storage. The
total amount raised was £830 lei8ht hundred and thirty pounds), while total
spending was £817 (eight hundred and seventeen pounds). Total income was used
to pay our monthly (Sornain and web51te Service. storage and transport.
Plans for the future

As we aimed to work on our next years impact strategy this year. not much activity
wa5 done as we worked to organise all our project5 through updated data to help
expand awareness and funds for the next years. We will continue to build global
partnership and scale up our impact in Angola by taking our work to more provinces
while expanding the ongoing projects stsch as our Oigital and Ecologlcal Village and
our Project Light. We are certain that 2025 will be our best year both in terms of
impact a5 well as fin3ncially, Our main goal for the next five years IS to become the
leading global charity operating for the betterment of Africa.

Our legal Objectives..
Change I's Life is an international charity with no political or religious ties,
established in 2014. It is run as a charity incorporated organisation, re8lStered with
the charity comrnission. Change 1,5 Llfe describes its charity objectlves as being.

The constitution requlres at least 3 trustees to be appolnted, frustees serve untll
they res18n, or their term ends without renewal. All our trustees have helped start
the charity and are not remunerated for their tru5tee5hip. All our trustees are
unpaid.

passed at a properly convened meeting, new trustees are appointed by the board of
trustees. interviewed, and only appointed If they have the necessary skills and
commitment towards the chariws objectives. Each trustee takes responsibility for
monitorin8 the activity of an operational area and have re8ular quarterly rreetin85
with the board to report actions and review.

Chief Executive
The chief executive is responsible for the smooth running of the charity and manages
it along with its volunteers on behalf of the tru5tee5. Our chief executive Mr E Angelo
is an experienced academic and founder of the charity who has been leadin8 the
charity exceptionally. It has made one of the fastest growing and most impactful
charitles in Africa, led by young people.
