## Upton Villages Together 

## Report and Update 

It's been a while since this update but our Charity is managing to hold it together in respect of support for our Upton Library. We no longer have a lease with Worcestershire County Council, in part as the County was looking for a 5 year lease and as Chair of the Trust I felt this was too long, given that funding from our parish councils had long since ceased. This placed the financial burden primarily on Upton Town Council. The only other income is from ad-hoc bookings by individuals for craft type courses. Balance at January 2024, £7,162.00. 

As of January 2024 we are reduced to four Trustees, following deaths and a resignation. New Trustees are being sought.
