||● Having had due regard to the Commission's public benefit guidance,<br>the Charity has continued to promote community participation by the<br>provision of facilities for the playing of football.<br>● In this year, the charity has added four new U7 teams for<br>boys/mixed and one new U11 boys team.<br>● Two U18 teams will finish at the end of the extended season (June<br>2021) at Junior level football with at least 5 players looking to move to<br>adult football at the Club.<br>● Charters School (Ascot) grass pitches acquired for hire (11v11 and<br>9v9) - Hurst Lodge remains for sale via the landowner.<br>● Men’s First Team is now ground-sharing (seasons 2020-21 and<br>2021-22) at Binfield FC to enable promotion to Step 6. This is an initial<br>2 year agreement.<br>● We are named by Berks and Bucks FA/Wokingham Council as a<br>potential tenant at a new sports hub facility at Grays Farm,<br>Wokingham. Development date not announced.<br>Note: Covid lockdowns saw the season extended beyond end of the<br>Club’s Financial year end (1 May).|

|You**may choose**to include<br>further statements, where<br>relevant, about:<br>● policy programme related<br>investment;<br>● contribution made by<br>volunteers.|● The Club is run by volunteers plus the paid consultant (Assistant<br>Team Secretary) as above<br>● The majority of volunteers are parents of children playing at the Club<br>but we have several youth and adult volunteers without this link, who<br>coach at both junior and senior level.<br>● As reported on 2018-19 Annual Report, we were contacted by Sport<br>England in 2017-18 regarding a previous grant application (in 2014)<br>where the ground works did not go ahead due to ground conditions.<br>● This grant has now expired and a new application would be<br>required.|
