The charity 15 governed by a trust deed date 6 November 2014 (amended 16 FebrLtary 20231 and was registered with the Charity Commission on
7 November 2014.

The objettSve of the charity IS thÈ prevention and relief of sickness of children (between the 3ge5 of O months and 18 years old) in Shropshire,
Mid Wale5 and Herefordshire. who receive care from the Children's Oncology and Haematoloey Ward at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospttal Trust,
with a form of childhood cancer andlor blood di50rders and their families by the provision of service5 and Items as the trustees shall determine.
The Trustees have had due regard to the revlsed Charity Commlssion guidante on public benefit.

As set out In the Declaration of trust, 6, November 2014, Trustees are appointed for a term of 2 years. In selecting individuals for appointment
as Tru5tee5, the Trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and Èxperience needed for the effective admlnistfation ol the charity.

Trustees contlnue to permit a reserve to be held in order to be in a position to contribute to the oncology ward Should it relocate to the Royal
Shrew5bury Hospital la5 agreed by the hospital trust). In the year ended 31 December 2024, the relocation costs werè re<onsidered and the
Board felt It apprtsprtate to uplift thi5 reserve to £56.00012023.. E50.0001.

I report to the charlty trustees on my examlnation of the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2024
which are set out on pages 3 to 4.
This report is made solely to the charitls trustees, as a body, in accordance with section 145 of the Charitles Art 2011 and
regulation5 made under section 154 of that Act. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the Charitrfs trustees those
matters l am required to state to them in an Independent Examiners Report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent
permltted by law, I do not aC￿pt or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and the charlty's trustees as a body, for
my work or for this report.

Assets retained for the Charlty's own use
During the year, the charity has paid £6,603 towards Harry's House12023: £58,268), last year included the
purchase of a static caravan in Mid Wales. 'Harry's House, opened in March 2023 to be used by Children,
Teenagers and tneir families who receive care from the oncology team at the Prince55 Royal H05Pital, Telford,
along with bereaved families and local hospital medics.
