**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN WITH NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS THROUGH:1.THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THE FIELD OF PAEDIATRIC NEUROSCIENCES.2.THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, EFFECTS AND TREATMENTS OF NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS AFFECTING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.3.THE PROMOTION OF KNOWLEDGE TO PROFESSIONALS, THE PUBLIC AND PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS.4.THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TO MEMBERS TO FACILITATE THE DELIVERY OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** Promote the health and well-being of children with neurological disorders through: providing training and education through face-to face course and distance learning to professionals caring for children with neurological disorders to improve diagnosis and care; promoting research; providing professional support to members and working with health service providers to improve care.
