TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT - LITTLE ANGELS’ FOUNDATION

Charity Number: 1159078

Charity Name: LITTLE ANGELS FOUNDATION

Financial year end: 31 March 2021

Little Angels Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organization Registered in England and Wales with the following charitable purposes:

The advancement of education and the relief of poverty and distress of the children, young people and orphans in Cameroon and to extend relief in need by the provision of services to destitute, women, families and the unemployed in the surrounding community.

To preserve and protect the health of individuals in the UK and overseas through the provision of counselling and support not normally provided by the statutory authorities.

The objectives of Little Angels Foundation are as follows:

At Little Angels Foundation, helping orphans and transforming their lives are our priority.

During the financial year ending March 2021, Little Angels Foundation trustees

have been substantially impacted by the covid-19 pandemic and have not been able continued to work to raise the necessary funds required for their work. Nonetheless, some of our trustees with the support of the chair of the Trustee, Dr Sylvia ForchapLikambi have continued to work endlessly and selflessly, providing their time and resources to voluntarily support disadvantaged children and women both in the UK and Cameroon.

With our core work being in Cameroon, we have not been able to do much this year like last year, with children and families (some of which we were supporting) being displaced from their usual residences/ careers in the English-speaking region of the country and also having to stop school. Nonetheless, we have continued to provide valuable time and resources to support the underprivileged without carrying our any fundraising activities, especially with the pandemic.

The founding trustees have continued to offer a significant amount of their time and personal resources to support, mentor and encourage our target beneficiaries

both in the UK and Cameroon during this financial year and are working with key partners in Cameroon to enable the donation of books to disadvantaged school children in Cameroon become feasible.

Report Acknowledged & Approved By The Trustees on 31 March 2021
