_To provide grants, financial assistance, supplies, and equipment to charities and charitable organisations and schools operating in Uganda, for the advancement of education, the promotion and protection of good health, the relief and prevention of poverty, and the alleviation of sickness, in such manner as the trustees deem appropriate._

_Continued collaboration with Basena Agro Creativity Centre, whose mission includes inspiring, nurturing, and strengthening creativity among children and young people. The Trust also partnered with Two Bridges Community School, located in a rural area of Uganda, to provide support in line with its constitutional objectives._

Working in partnership with Basena Agro Creativity Centre in Uganda to:

- Relieve financial hardship among children, young people, and families in and around Kampala 

- Use creative processes to inspire, empower, and support individuals to explore, develop, and grow

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

- Provided ongoing resources to Two Bridges Primary School in Uganda, contributing to improved educational quality for its pupils. 

- Supported girls in three flagship schools Frattam Junior Primary, Kasamu Church of Uganda, and Future Flames by improving menstrual hygiene and toilet facilities. 

- Organised resources and delivered substantial support to address child labour and early pregnancy within the wider village community, while continuing to fund reading and writing materials for children. 

- Engaged positively with children and their guardians to provide ‑ 

- food, home study support, and scholastic materials. 

- Continued to empower parents through a savings scheme that has strengthened household incomes and improved children’s wellbeing. 

- Secured additional donor funding, enabling further development of the B Creativity website and programme activities. 

- Continued work on the much ‑ needed phonics publication to support early years education in Uganda.

The charity did not adopt a reserves policy for this financial year, as ‑ funding remained very limited until six weeks before year end, and a policy was therefore not required. A formal reserves policy will be established for the 2025–26 financial year.

B Creativity raises its funds through local church fundraising and contributions from other supporters who choose to back the charity’s work. 

Expenditure directed toward infrastructure at Two Bridges Community Primary School has helped advance the school’s motto, “Every Child Matters.” Donations provided through the charity have enabled improvements 

- investment policy and objectives including any ethical investment policy adopted.
