About Snap
Snap Foundation was established in 2015 by Graham Dodridge and Remy Whiting, driven by a shared passion for photography and the belief in its power to give disadvantaged children a voice. Through volunteer-led photography programs, Snap aims to inspire and educate children aged 10-16, providing them with a creative outlet to share their perspectives with the world.
Current Status and Review
As of 2023/2024, Snap Foundation remains in stasis, with no income, expenditure, or active projects. The trustees continue to review the foundation’s long-term vision and explore opportunities for potential future initiatives. No significant developments have taken place during this period, and no immediate plans are in place to resume activities.
Program Updates
There have been no new photography workshops, trips, or initiatives in the UK or internationally throughout 2023/2024. The foundation remains on hold while trustees assess the feasibility of future projects. At this stage, no commitments have been made regarding the resumption of activities.
Future Sponsorship and Volunteer Engagement
All discussions around sponsorship and volunteer recruitment remain paused. Once a clear strategic direction is established, the trustees will revisit opportunities for partnerships and funding. Until then, no active fundraising or recruitment efforts will take place.
Website and Social Media
The Snap Foundation website and social media platforms remain live but inactive. Updates will only be made once there are significant developments regarding the foundation’s future direction. When appropriate, these platforms will be refreshed to reflect any new programs or opportunities.
The trustees remain committed to ensuring that any future initiatives align with Snap’s mission and have a meaningful impact. Further updates will be shared once key decisions have been made regarding the charity’s next steps.
