Notes: 1. Payments to tutors totalling £1890 and £80 rent for the Whitby bandstand are included in Cober Hill expenses but were not included in the charge to players.
-
- Further payments of £766, for Edinburgh expenses and transport, were made in September 2024. 3. A donation of £3000 was made to Manorlands Hospice. This was taken from the income for the joint concert with the Bradford Accordion Band. Hot Aire’s Income from the event was £3614 and expenditure was £626.86. We kept £150 concert earnings, as did BAB. We transferred te remaining £2837.41 into BAB’s account, and they paid the final donation to Manorlands. The Accounts for this concert are on a separate sheet.
-
- The surplus shown is £3436. However, if we were to take into account £4721 in payments received for the trip to Germany in 2025, and £766 Edinburgh expenses, plus the £350 deposit to Bingley Arts Centre (which we will get back), we would showa deficit of £1351.
This statement ofincome and expenditure was inspected and certified as being in accordance with the records of accounts and bank statements — R. C. Blomfield (Independent Examiner) January 23™ 2025
