Taking into account the objects of the Charity and the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit the charity was able to host its annual conference in 2023. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year We have continued to support research locally in different regions to therapists and counsellors with a view to developing a growing evidence base for counselling in prisons that is consistent with our charitable objects. We have sought to continue providing leadership in this field as well as in other publications and networks.
