B) HELPING FAMILIES AND CARERS OF DISABLED PEOPLE BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF DISABILITY.C) INFORMING, ADVISING AND EDUCATING DISABLED PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES ABOUT HEALTH SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS PROVISION IN THE GREATER READING AREA. D) SUPPORTING FAMILIES FACING DISABILITY TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

**Activities:** - Promote and raise awareness of disability in general- Engage Ethnic Minority communities for consultation on disability matters- Provide support for parents/carers- Inform, Educate and Support on disability matters- Help to improve services for the disabled by working with local authorities, government and other organisations.
